Go to the LanoX.ai official platform first and prepare your account, balance, and API Key.
(1) API Key Creation
Before connecting Claude Code through CC Switch, complete account registration, balance crediting, and API Key creation. Copy the API Key from the API Key management page after creation.
1. Register an Account
Open LanoX.ai, register an account, and set your email and password.
After registration, return to the login page and sign in with the email and password you just created.
Register with your email, password, and email verification code.
Return to the sign-in page after registration.
2. Redeem Code Credit
If you received a redeem code, open Recharge from the sidebar and select Redeem code.
Enter the redeem code, click Redeem now, and review the credited amount.
Important
After the code is validated, click Confirm redemption to credit the amount to the current account.
Open Recharge and select Redeem code.
Enter the redeem code and click Redeem now.
Review the amount, then click Confirm redemption.
3. Create an API Key
On the home page, click Create API Key. You can also open the API Key management page from the sidebar.
On the API Key page, click Create API Key, enter a key name, and click Confirm. After creation, click Copy key from the list.
Security reminder
Do not leak your API Key, otherwise others may use your account balance.
Click Create API Key on the dashboard, or open API Key from the sidebar.
Click Create API Key on the API Key management page.
Enter a key name, then click Confirm.
Click Copy key from the API Key list after creation.
(2) Claude Code and CC Switch Download
Choose the installation method for your operating system. Install Claude Code first, then install CC Switch, and continue with provider setup after both are installed.
1. Install Claude Code
Open the official Claude Code desktop quickstart page, open Claude Code on desktop in the left navigation, then choose the installer for your operating system.
Windows users click Download for Windows and run the installer. Mac users click Download for macOS and follow the prompts. Linux users can use the apt or .deb package shown in the Linux (beta) option.
Choose Download for macOS, Download for Windows, or the Linux (beta) package for your system.
2. Install CC Switch
Open the CC Switch official download page. The site recommends an installer for your current system.
Choose .dmg on macOS or .msi on Windows, then select x64 or ARM64 for your device.
If Windows SmartScreen shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info and then Run anyway.
macOS users choose the DMG package for their chip architecture.
Windows users choose the MSI package for their system architecture.
(3) Configure CC Switch
Before setup, confirm that Claude Code and CC Switch are installed and that you already have a Lanox API Key.

Use this Claude Code endpoint
Copy https://api.lanox.ai exactly. Do not include /v1 and do not end with /.
1.1 Add the Lanox Provider
Open CC Switch, enter the Claude/Claude Desktop page, then click the orange plus button to add a provider.
Click the Claude/Claude Desktop entry first, then click the orange plus button in the upper-right corner.
1.2 Fill in Provider Details
After adding a provider, fill in the fields below. Use the API Key generated on Lanox and set the provider name to lanox.
Fields
- Provider Name: lanox
- API Key: paste the key without spaces or line breaks.
- API Endpoint: https://api.lanox.ai
- Official website and notes can be left empty. If needed, use https://lanox.ai/.
Fill in Provider Name, API Key, and API Endpoint.
1.3 Fetch Model List
After filling in provider details, expand the model list area and let CC Switch fetch models.
Click the small arrow next to Manually specify Claude Desktop models (advanced, optional) to expand the area.
Click Fetch Models. If the API Key and API Endpoint are correct, CC Switch will fetch available models. After fetching models, click Save.
Expand Manually specify Claude Desktop models (advanced, optional), click Fetch Models, and save.
1.4 Restart Claude Code
After saving, return to the CC Switch home page and confirm the lanox provider is selected. Fully quit Claude Code, then reopen it to use Claude models through Lanox.
